- Candidates should be complete any graduate in a recognized university.
Skills Required For Tejora Recruitment 2022 :
- The tester should be able to perform end-to-end functional testing of the fund accounting application for Mutual Fund Segment with basic knowledge of working in the mutual fund industry. Prior knowledge or experience working on Fund Accounting or mutual fund back-office operations or IT enabled process/ project.
- Basic understanding of system process on any of the Mutual Fund applications in the market – Hexagon Global, Multifonds, Mfunds, or Credence.
- Basis knowledge of Capital market operations or Custody- Good to have
- Basic knowledge of technical skills- Good to have
- Instrument knowledge of Equity, Debt, Derivatives, MFU, Equity ETF, Gold ETF, Commodities, SLB, IRS.
- Knowledge of Registrar Posting Control (Unit Capital)
- Accounting entries of All Trades, Settlement, Corporate Actions, MTM.
- Computation of all kinds of Corporate Actions such as Bonus, Dividend, Split, Merger, Demerger, Rights, Interest, Redemption, etc.
- All Transaction Fees and AUM-related charges such as Management Fees, Accounting Fee, Expense Limit.
- Accruals of Interest, Discount/Premium Amortization.
- Valuations of all asset classes such as Equity, ETF, Debt, Derivatives, IRS, etc.
- Knowledge of Dividend Distribution.
- NAV Calculation i.e. Asset and Liability, Income and Expense.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Unit-Based Accounting
- Basic knowledge and understanding of investments at scheme/client level
- Good to have if exposed to
- Reporting tools – Crystal Reports
- Awareness of Project Management methodologies, SDLC (Planning, Feasibility Study, Requirements Analysis, Technical Architecture & Design, Development, Testing – UT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support, Documentation), Process & Quality.
