Operational support
- Support Chinese antifraud teams to maintain, optimize, deploy and troubleshoot fraud detectors to monitor Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone services in the production environment
- Communicate with partner telecom carriers to investigate external fraud alerts and resolve fraudulent use of telephony services in Zoom services
- Investigate and respond to urgent internal requests to resolve ad hoc fraud-related issues
- Monitor and manage detector quality – initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution
Fraud detector development
- Help build up antifraud team’s operational tools to streamline investigations of fraud incidents
- Analyze emerging fraud patterns using historical data and help improve fraud detectors to proactively counter new fraudsters
