Civica Group Eligibility Criteria 2022 :
- The individual should possess a Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A) – Others, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) – Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology, Bachelor of Technology (BTech) – Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology, Higher Secondary, Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A) – Others, Secondary.
- The candidate will undergo 3 months training program ( 1.5 classroom training & 1.5 months of live project shadowing) and will get a stipend of 9000 INR as gross amount. Upon successful completion of their training based on their chosen stream they would be confirmed Civica Employee and work as JSEJBAJTAJIE etc in different projects and would be entitled a CTC of 3 LPA.

- Software Testing – Knowledge of Software Testing ( Manual Automation/Performance/Penetration).
- Business Analysis -Knowledge of Requirement Gathering, Analysis & Management.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Software Development – Knowledge of OOPs, .NET, C# & Front end Technologies DevOps – Knowledge of .NET, DevOps Automation, PowerShell Infrastructure – Knowledge/Basic Understanding of Infrastructure and Networking Power BI – Knowledge of SQL server, Power BI tool or any other similar tool ETL Developers – Knowledge of ETL, SQL , Scripting and Debugging.
